"A marvelous bay, this is one of the most  perfect sceneries of the Brazilian Northeast. The vast area of calm water allows you to walk far into the blue sea, for the novices this is a good chance to learn styles such as beach, water start and fancy tricks. A sand bank 300m from the beach completes the idea of a windsurf paradise because the bank helps to create waves of 1 to 2 meters high. The wind moves from east to southeast and speeds between 18-25 knots. The most used sails are 4.7 and 5.3 and the kites are 8 to 12.  From October to February  Sao Miguel do Gostoso becomes 'the' spot for wind and kite surfing due to the magnificent water and wind conditions very suitable for wave riding."

This uprising spot, situated in an ecological paradise offers all different sorts of navigation: waves (surf), flat (freestyle and learning) and the downwind (a walk on the ocean along the coastline). The place is ideal for teaching kitesurfing of all levels."
